Senior Advisor - Environmentally Sustainable Design
Melbourne CBD, & Various Prisons locations across VIC
We're looking for a Senior Advisor - Environmentally Sustainable Design to oversee the inclusion of sustainability initiatives within all CSBA projects in accordance with relevant legislation, policy, best-practice standards, and the department’s Environmental Sustainability Guidelines for Capital Works. This is a specialist position requiring expert technical and design knowledge and experience to ensure all new builds and upgrades include ESD initiatives to mitigate the department’s environmental footprint.

We're recruiting an Environment and Planning Advisor to provide expert advice on the legislative and statutory approvals, particularly ecological and biodiversity, required for the planning and delivery of major projects. This is a specialist position requiring extensive knowledge of both environmental and planning legislation, coupled with the ability to advise on the management, protection and enhancement of Victoria’s native flora and fauna, and listed species and ecological communities.
